Model 8200A / Model 8200D
The Model 8200 X-ray Timers are microcomputer based digital timer/controllers. The Model 8200 can replace your old timer, bringing your x-ray up-to-date with the industry standards. The new timer will improve the performance of older x-rays, and the precise digital electronic timing will meet the most stringent state or federal regulations.
Model 8200A Production Will End
Electronic Control Concepts is the last company manufacturing and selling replacement timers for x-rays. We are ending a long proud tradition in servicing the x-ray community. We have manufactured and sold these timers since 1994. Our predecessor, Electronic Control Corp. made replacement timers for thirty years before that. The demand for these timers has declined to the point where it is not economically feasible for us to continue making these timers. We have some timers in stock, and parts to build a few more. When these are gone, we will no longer offer replacement timers. We regret any inconvenience this may cause our customers.
The Model 8200D Digital X-ray Timer is a designed specifically for use with digital x-rays. The Model 8200D enhances ECC's line of replacement x-ray timers, making ECC the leading company in the industry.
Both the Model 8200A and the Model 8200D X-ray Timers are certified to conform to DHHS Federal Performance Standard 21CFR, subchapter J, and can be used on certified or non-certified x-rays. The Model 8200A and Model 8200D designs are based on a programmable microcomputer, allowing ECC to customize timers and controls for special applications.
